When an atmosphere of collaboration is prized, team members are more willing to work harder for one another. Podolsky added, “This also creates the right environment where everyone is where they want to be and is doing what they love.”
From his perspective, Podolsky wouldn’t have picked another time or place to start his business or live his life. Podolsky stated, “I think the present is the best time humanity has ever lived in. I think the future will be even better than the present.”

While Gennady Podolsky has enjoyed years of success in his industry, he understands that every decision he makes could impact the one to follow. Podolsky says, “I don’t dwell on the past. I have had my fair share of accomplishments and missteps. I own it. It makes me who I am.”

Podolsky added, “When people feel you treat them the way you want to be treated, they respond in kind.”

Podolsky says, “Boundaries can stifle innovation but must still be acknowledged and followed for long-term success. The greatest lesson is walking the line between the two successfully.”
